All Points Yacht Sales (APYS) is more than just a brokerage. It is the culmination of years of experience, passion for sailing, and a dedication to helping others achieve their boating dreams. Founded by Rose Ann Points, the company’s story begins back in 2013, when she first entered the yacht brokerage world in St. Augustine, Florida.
At that time, Rose Ann was working under the mentorship of a respected local brokerage firm, gaining the necessary experience to qualify for her broker’s license. From the very beginning, her goal was clear: to one day establish her own brokerage business. With guidance from her mentor, support from her husband Chuck, whose extensive sailing knowledge proved invaluable and her own firsthand experiences, she steadily built her expertise.
Rose Ann made a point of learning from every encounter. At boat surveys, she asked detailed questions about the findings and the best methods for repairs and preventative maintenance. Whether working alongside hull surveyors, riggers, engine specialists, or fiberglass and gelcoat experts, she took each interaction as an opportunity to expand her knowledge of boats inside and out. This hands-on approach gave her a well-rounded perspective that continues to benefit her clients today.
After qualifying for her broker’s license, Rose Ann launched her own brokerage, All Points Yacht Sales. From the outset, she envisioned not only representing pre-owned vessels but also offering new yacht sales. She partnered with Atlas Yacht Sales to introduce the Jeanneau line to St. Augustine, and over time expanded Jeanneau’s reach to cover the territory from the Florida-Georgia line down to Cape Canaveral.
As the company grew, Rose Ann noticed something familiar, just as she had experienced with her first sailboat, many buyers weren’t quite ready to “sail into the sunset.” While they loved the dream, they often needed additional training and confidence on the water. To fill this gap, Rose Ann and Chuck acquired St Augustine Sailing, an affiliate of the American Sailing Association. This expansion allowed them to offer sailing instruction, hands-on programs like the Crew Program, and opportunities for couples to train together, building confidence both at the helm and as a team.
In addition to sailing courses, the instruction expanded and developed into proving powerboat instruction through the American Sailing Association AB teaching program, ensuring clients can gain skills across both sail and power.
Charter Placement & Yacht Management
Beyond buying and selling, All Points Yacht Sales also helps owners maximize the enjoyment of their investment. In partnership with SailTime Northeast Florida and other charter companies, APYS offers a charter placement program designed around fractional use. With this model, you retain full ownership of your vessel while reducing ownership expenses. Your boat is professionally maintained and always ready for you to step aboard, so you can spend less time managing logistics and more time doing what you love—sailing.
For owners who prefer a more private arrangement, APYS also provides comprehensive Yacht Management services. From regular maintenance to handling the details of care and upkeep, these services are designed to take the stress out of ownership. Busy owners can rest assured their vessels are in expert hands, allowing them to maximize their time on the water with confidence and peace of mind.
Growth and a New Chapter
In 2020, Atlas Yacht Sales and All Points Yacht Sales amicably dissolved their partnership. With Atlas expanding as the statewide Jeanneau dealer and relocating to South Florida, the separation allowed each brand to focus on its own growth. For Rose Ann, this meant doubling down on the vision for All Points Yacht Sales, which steadily expanded into a full-service family-run brokerage. Her children joined the company, Toste as a salesperson, Derk as photographer and videographer, and Lance as head of the service department. The team has since grown to include additional brokers, an executive assistant, and dedicated bookkeeping support, all working together to serve clients with excellence.
In 2025, the journey came full circle when Jeanneau America reached out directly to All Points Yacht Sales to invite them to become the exclusive Jeanneau dealer for Northeast Florida. As of October 1, 2025, All Points Yacht Sales proudly represents Jeanneau while continuing to provide trusted brokerage services for both power and sail, offering clients the knowledge, support, and resources they need to begin or continue their boating journey.
