Surrounded by boats and the coastal lifestyle from a young age, she developed a lifelong passion for the sea that naturally carried into her professional career. Today, that passion shines through in her work with both All Points Yacht Sales and St. Augustine Sailing.
At All Points Yacht Sales, Amberle is an integral part of the team, assisting brokers and salespeople with the listing and selling of both new and pre-owned yachts. She also serves as the main contact for service coordination and Jeanneau warranty claims, ensuring that clients continue to receive attentive support and expert care long after their purchase. Her background with St. Augustine Sailing further strengthens her ability to connect with clients, providing them with a seamless experience across yacht ownership, sailing, and service.
Beyond her professional expertise, Amberle is known for her warm personality and genuine compassion. For Derk Burkin, sailing and creativity have always gone hand in hand. At the age of 10, he moved aboard a sailboat with his mom and siblings, spending his youth exploring the Caribbean, meeting people from all walks of life, and experiencing the freedom of a liveaboard lifestyle. These early adventures not only gave him a lifelong love for the water but also shaped the way he sees the world, through curiosity, connection, and beauty.
As he grew older, Derk discovered a passion for photography and visual storytelling. He pursued this creative calling at the Art Institute of Tampa, where he specialized in digital photography. Combing technical skill with his unique perspective shaped by years on the water, Derk developed a style that captures both the elegance of yachts and the spirit of adventure that sailing inspires.
Today, Derk serves as the Staff Photographer for All Points Yacht Sales, where he produces the professional imagery that defines the company’s brand. His work includes photographing every new and pre-owned vessel, creating immersive virtual reality walkthroughs, and producing high-quality video content. These visuals are essential in helping clients envision their future on the water and ensuring every yacht is showcased at its best
Service Manager
If it’s broken, Lance can fix it.” That phrase has followed Lance Burkin most of his life, and for good reason. Raised on the water, Lance’s journey at sea began at just 9 years old when he moved aboard a sailboat with his mother and siblings. Sailing throughout the Caribbean alongside his brother Derk, he developed early skills in seamanship, creativity, and resourcefulness—qualities that remain at the core of his work today.
From a young age, Lance’s natural curiosity set him apart. By the age of 4, he was already dismantling and reassembling household items to figure out how they worked. At 7, he famously disassembled Toste, his sister’s, television and rebuilt it perfectly, proving his mechanical ability and determination to understand complex systems. These traits made him the go-to problem solver during his family’s liveaboard adventures, where his inventive thinking often saved the day.
Professionally, Lance built a successful career in the HVAC industry in the Florida Keys, spending nearly two decades specializing in diagnostics, installations, and system management for both residential and commercial clients. His expertise in troubleshooting and maintaining advanced systems made him a trusted expert in his field.
Ultimately, the call of the sea brought him back to his roots. Today, Lance serves as Service Manager for All Points Yacht Sales. He oversees all aspects of vessel care, from routine maintenance and repair to system troubleshooting and coordination with service providers. His leadership ensures every yacht—whether in charter, service, or sales—is safe, reliable, and presented to the highest standards.
What makes Lance unique is not only his technical expertise but his inventive spirit. Constantly designing creative solutions and clever modifications, he has a gift for making systems work better, safer, and more efficiently. Colleagues and clients alike know they can rely on him for innovative thinking and hands-on skill.
From a childhood spent exploring the Caribbean under sail to his current role maintaining a premier fleet, Lance’s story is one of curiosity, craftsmanship, and dedication. Mark Emerson’s lifelong passion for sailing began in his teenage years on the water, honing his skills aboard Optimist Prams, small sailing dinghies, Lightning Class boats, and later, a Morgan 30 and Morgan 35. Those formative years fostered a deep connection to the sport and a keen understanding of a wide range of vessels.
In his later years, Mark dedicated himself to refining and expanding his sailing expertise. Through a combination of American Sailing Association (ASA) and US Sailing courses, he rebuilt and strengthened his skills, gaining both inshore and offshore coastal sailing experience. His love of the sport also led him to share his knowledge with others by teaching and coaching basic and fundamental sailing skills, helping new sailors build confidence at the helm.
Today, as part of the All Points Yacht Sales team, Mark draws on decades of sailing experience to guide clients through the yacht buying process. Whether they are first-time buyers or seasoned sailors, Mark’s hands-on background and comprehensive knowledge ensure each client receives personalized, informed advice to help them find the perfect sailing yacht for their needs

As the eldest child of Rose Ann and the sister of Derk and Lance, Toste Muñiz brings a unique point of view to All Points Yacht Sales. Growing up aboard a sailboat, her experience was shaped less by engines and repairs, and more by the everyday rhythms of life at sea. She often worked alongside her mom in the galley, where she learned the art of improvising meals in tight spaces with limited resources. These lessons taught her adaptability, creativity, and an understanding of how families truly live aboard—insights that now shape the way she helps clients find their perfect boat.
Toste’s years on the water gave her a deep appreciation for the details that turn a vessel into a home. She knows firsthand how important storage, galley layout, comfort at anchor, and livability are when choosing the right yacht. This perspective allows her to guide clients thoughtfully, helping them find boats that align not just with their sailing goals, but with the way they want to live and make memories on the water.
Beyond her practical knowledge, Toste is known for her warm and approachable personality. She is a loving, compassionate, and caring person who always takes the time to truly listen to her clients. Her natural ability to connect with people ensures that every buyer feels supported, understood, and confident in their decisions.

After a distinguished 24-year career in the U.S. Navy, Joe O’Sullivan turned his lifelong love of the water into a full-time passion. Actively sailing Jeanneau sailboats since completing his ASA certification courses with St. Augustine Sailing in 2023, Joe quickly immersed himself in the sailing community, serving as crew on sailing charters beginning in 2024.
Joe brings a wealth of hands-on boating experience, having lived aboard sailboats ranging from 26 to 43 feet for more than nine years (2012–2023). That time gave him an in-depth understanding of boat systems and the realities of life at sea—knowledge he now uses to guide others in finding the right yacht for their needs. His background also includes more than two decades of part-time yacht sales (2000–2021) and service as a sailing assistant at the local Navy recreational sailing program (2022–2023).
Currently, Joe is working toward his ASA sailing instructor certification and USCG captain’s license, further expanding his ability to serve both new and seasoned sailors. Dedicated to sharing his passion, he approaches every client relationship with the goal of helping others make their boating dreams a reality.
When he’s not on the water, Joe enjoys playing guitar, scuba diving, and restoring his 1981 Morgan Out Island 41, Maritime Dream.

Captain Chuck Points brings over 20 years of diverse sailing experience to All Points Yacht Sales and St. Augustine Sailing, having explored waters across Asia, Europe, Lake Superior, and the South China Sea. His global perspective on sailing, combined with his deep technical expertise, makes him a trusted leader for both clients and students alike.
Chuck holds a Masters 100 GT Captain License with an Auxiliary Sailing Endorsement and is also a certified American Sailing Association (ASA) Instructor. In 2007, his dedication to teaching was recognized when he was named an ASA Outstanding Instructor of the Year, an honor that reflects his ability to inspire confidence and skill in sailors of all levels.
Beyond sailing, Chuck is also a dive instructor, underscoring his lifelong passion for all things on and under the water. At St. Augustine Sailing, he oversees all sailing operations and serves as the primary Delivery Captain, ensuring that every yacht arrives safely and that clients receive expert care throughout the process.
Known for his professionalism, hands-on approach, and love of the sea, Captain Chuck is dedicated to helping others embrace the freedom, adventure, and lifestyle that sailing offers. Rose Ann Points is the owner of All Points Yacht Sales and St. Augustine Sailing, where she has dedicated her career to helping make boating dreams a reality. Her journey began working for a local yacht brokerage, where she quickly discovered her passion for matching clients with the perfect vessel. Determined to bring a more personal, boutique approach to the industry, Rose Ann earned her own brokerage license and founded All Points Yacht Sales—built on trust, transparency, and hands-on service.
Recognizing that buying a yacht is only the beginning of the adventure, Rose Ann and her husband, Captain Chuck Points, purchased St. Augustine Sailing. Together they expanded its offerings with the Crew Membership Program and Women on the Water, empowering sailors of all levels to gain skills, confidence, and community. Her entrepreneurial spirit also led her to launch Dinghy Dart, a shoreside delivery service for parts and provisions, and Sailors Grub, providing onboard chef services and gourmet catering for boaters.
Today, Rose Ann is proud to serve as the exclusive Jeanneau America Dealer for Northeast Florida, covering the region from the Florida–Georgia line to Cape Canaveral—a professional milestone she worked toward for over a decade. Under her leadership, All Points Yacht Sales has become one of the most trusted yacht brokerages in the region, offering both global reach and local expertise.
